System Cash account

Not available in Nautilus III

The cash account is a built in system account that reflects all the transactions. The user can not delete this account or make any adjustments to it. Every time any financial transaction is recorded in the system such as trip payment, truck fuel cost, trailer fuel cost, any road expense recorded any payment deposit to any other account is recorded in this account.

(Any Account history is shown based on the time frame selected in the gray area. The default is one year from the today's date)

This as any other account can be printed from any date to any date. This is useful for tax preparation or any dispute. Provided the user diligently entered all the trip expense data it will be present in the history of this account.
