Driver info

Nautilus IV is the fourth version of the InCab series (1.4) ALL InCab series are single driver. This screen allow you to set up some information about yourself.

The First and Last names along with the email appear as you have entered them when you installed the software for the first time. Those values can not be changed once the license is purchased.

The company information is for your use only. This information is printed on your reports. You may change it or leave it blank.

Owner operator / Company driver will switch the software math mode. This does not change how the software saves any of the data, only how it calculates the totals. In Owner Operator mode you also get Invoice screen loaded. The Invoice screen is not available in Company driver mode.

The two calendars show the date you have last submitted your logs and when your DOT physical card expire. These settings affect the the alert screen on [Trip Sheets / Load Information] tab. If you do not want alert to be displayed un-check the check box under the calendar.

The Installation ID is your unique ID. We may ask for it if there are questions about switching the license from one computer to the other.
